As a guest you will have access to a spacious veranda on the second floor that is a perfect gathering place for small groups or to just hang out and watch a sunset. Conveniently park in your own assigned parking stall in the covered parking where there is an additional guest stall for you if you need it. No stairs to climb if you don't want to. A keypad entry security elevator will take you right to your 4th floor penthouse retreat!
